Disclaimer: Below is my list of things that bug me. It will be interesting, I promise you this...
- Smoking - Go find a way to kill yourself without me being around.
- Ignorant drivers on the highway - Those people who find a way to drive slowly at the exact same speed, side to side so you cannot pass them and when you try to pass them, they speed up to avoid being passed.
- People who cannot tie their tie correctly - You dress nice to look sharp, so don't slack here.
- Incoherently inebriated people - You threw up on my carpet... Thanks...
- University of Arizona - How could such an insignificant school actually think they can athletically compete? Just plain jerks.
- My two old roommates - First dude we kicked out because he passed out while cooking food on three different occasions, one burning food badly. You are out man. The other just decided he was gonna bounce and not pay any of the bills he owed me. Thanks guy...
- Landlords - Do you really need rent for this dump you refuse to make any timely repairs on?
- Credit card bills - Yeah... So what if I spent too much money I don't necessarily have?
- Bills - Rent, water, electricity, cable, gas, cell phone, car, etc.
- Upset girlfriends - Need I explain? Seems to go in cycles...
- Being ill - If I enjoyed the taste of bile, orange juice, and pizza coming out of my mouth, this may be cool.
- Going to the gym - Just going to the gym, getting the motivation to get there, and start working out. Once I am there, it is all good.
- Being dirty after the gym - Who enjoys smelling like sweat and sticking to yourself?
- Going to work - Work sucks. That is all.
- Work in general - Did I mention work sucks? Oh yeah, right up there...
- Being sweaty - I'm sweaty right now... and guess where from. Yep. The gym.
- Buying gas - Constant price changes, what is the deal with that? I mean, do you like paying $50 each time you need to fill up your tank?
- Souped-up escorts - I own a Ford Escort. It is a piece of crap. Don't try to make it look nice.
- One-uppers - That is right, guy over there that has done everything I have... but better!
- School - I have done it for 20 years. I am tired of cramming knowledge into my brain. It is beginning to hurt. :(
- Gangsters - Yes, even those who try to act like gangsters.
- People who cannot mind their own business - Why do you care?
- Going to the bathroom - It really is a completely non enjoyable task that must be done during the day.
- Doing the dishes - Yes, even the ones I need to do for my roommates.
- Being broke - I really wish I had some money. I am sick of being a broke college student.
That is the majority of my list. If I continue, I may just get extremely depressed because now I have actually realized all of the things that bug me in life...

- Couple classes should be tough and time commitment
- Facebook... enough said
After completing the Personal SWOT Analysis I was not necessarily surprised to see anything I completed. In a way, I think we all do an analysis for ourselves when we first sign up for a class. I feel like I was reiterating what I did when I first chose these classes. These were all aspects I was well aware of about myself and my surroundings.
I don't think I was too hard on myself when creating this SWOT Analysis. I could have picked apart my weaknesses a little more. That is where I would say I may have been too easy on myself. If I took more time to really evaluate all of my internal weaknesses I could have been harder on myself for this section. However, in this situation, it may not be possible to identify all of my weaknesses this early in the semester. Most likely I will be identify them more clearly after a few weeks to determine what I need to do for the semester.
This semester I am aware that I need to convert my weaknesses to strengths and change my threats to opportunities. It is the exercise of this SWOT Analysis that allows me to identify these quadrants so I can take the proper steps to complete my goal. In this analysis, I need to use my organization strengths to overcome the weakness of losing sleep and burning out. I need to also use my abilities to learn the material to become an expert in the class by the end of the semester. As for overcoming my threats, I need to understand by taking 18 credits this semester it becomes an opportunity for me to graduate on time this year. I also need to take those other threats: fraternity, gym, girlfriend, facebook, etc. and use them to create other opportunities for the greater aspects of my life. These are threats to this overall goal but may pose opportunities in other areas of life.
Overall, a great exercise. This is a great way to identify each of these quadrants and things like this can be done each semester for goals you wish to acheive.
